Returns & Refund policy
The returns and refund policy will be applied only if the customer receives damaged goods. No returns will be accepted if the product is received late.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging. The original packaging must be undamaged.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we have received the returned item, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message confirming the receipt of the item. It is necessary to include a valid WhatsApp number and a working email ID for completion of returns policy.
- Customer will have to bear the costs of return.
- You will have 05 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
- You will receive the amount within 21 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you have opted to get the refund other than the original mode of payment, it may take up to 07 business days for us to process the payment.
- The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item.
- If there is a problem with your choice in size, color, or style, no shipping amount will be charged if there is mistake from our (business) side.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
